Only 5% of Ghanaians can afford housing without support – Gov’t

The government says only about five per cent of Ghanaians can afford to secure housing without assistance. According to the government, about 60 per cent of the population requires state-facilitated support to access decent housing, while another 30 per cent remains unable to secure housing even with government subsidies.
